When you unlock a certain number of bounty hunters from the barman, you get a special mission involving one of the bounty hunters and a bounty. You will get a gold brick when you complete a mission.
You get True Jedi status when you reach a certain amount of studs, like 50,000 or 30,000. These numbers vary, depending on how many studs you can get in a level. You will get a gold brick when you get True Jedi.
Minikits are small canisters that you find 10 of in each level. When you complete a minikit, you get a lot of studs and a gold brick.
