Episode VI chapter I

After the intro, you will find that you are Princess Leia (or Chewbacca, if you choose) in front of Jabba's palace. Collect all of the studs, then collect one of them from the palace door. When you do, an eyeball droid will attack you. Shoot it with your blaster or bowcaster a few times to destroy it. Do the same for the other ones. When you shoot the last one, the door will open.
When you go in, you will find lots of gammorean guards there. Use Chewie to get through the gammoreans (he can kill a gammorean in one punch) and go into one of the side rooms. Pull a lever there to shut the door that the gammoreans are coming out of. Then do the same for the other room. Next, go into the room on the left and pull the other lever (not the one you shut the gammorean portal with). You will become a bounty hunter. Press the force button (levers button) to throw a thermal detonator. Move away from it when you throw it cause its gonna blow!! Sometimes thermal detonators detonate immidiately after you throw them. If you fire your blaster at the detonators they will explode. Sometimes they will lodge in things and blow them up. You can then collect the studs. Walk into the green circle by the door that is in the right side room and press the thermal detonator button. The door should open.Walk through and you will find Luke Skywalker battling more gammoreans. Kill all of the gammoreans,then you will need to backtrack and turn into a bounty hunter again. Walk up to the door and open it. Luckily, there's a new bounty hunter machine inside the door. First go against the right wall (as opposed to the left wall) and build two platforms. Jump on one while you are not Luke and he will force the platform. Walk along the narrow ledge and drop into a cage. The door will raise. Collect the studs, then finish killing the gammoreans. Turn off the tunnel that lets the gammoreans slide out and continue.

Episode V Chapter I

After the intro, you will find yourself in a snowspeederin the middle of a Hoth battle. Shoot at scout walkers and probe droids, then fly straight ahead to find a black wall. Lug bombs straight ahead into the black wall using your harpoon. Attack two AT-ATs with your harpoon by going around and around and around until they fall, then blow them up with bombs quickly. If you don't do this quickly the AT-ATs will get back up . A large wall explodes behind the AT-AT and you can fly through to the next part. In the next part, you can shoot at lots of droids, lug bombs into everything, or grab a bomb, go straight ahead, and blow up a wall. When you blow up the wall, go straight ahead. First you have to blow up ten probe droids with guns, then shoot five scout walkers, then bring down two AT-ATs first with harpoons and then with bombs. When you do that, you can end the level by flying through the spot where the AT-ATs came from.

Note: If you have tow death star (an extra) then only AT-ATs can blow up the bombs. Extras will be explained later in the guide.

Note 2: Though only AT-Ats can blow up the bombs anyone can latch right on. Don't try to destroy the probe droids latching on. If you do, not only will you get killed, but you'll also waste time.

Note 3: When you get killed, you can sometimes latch back on to the bombs.

About free play

After you beat a level, you automatically unlock free play. Free play allows you to use any characters you have unlocked in that level. You can choose any character that you want to use in the level. Small characters (young Boba and young Anakin from original and Wicket from 2) can crawl through small gray doors. In flying levels (Hoth battle, episode four death star, episode six death star) every ship is available during the level.


Note: Only a certain number of characters are available to use.

Note 2: If you have use old save, only one of the original characters will be on your team. You have to choose the character that you want to use. A good idea for this would be to turn on player 2. You can then choose two characters to use from lego star wars. After you choose, turn off player two so you can move freely.

Note 3: You can use any character that you have unlocked.

Episode IV Chapter I

When you start this chapter out, you will find yourselves in a small room. To your left is a lever, which does not do anything except help you with understanding levers.
To exit build the two things in the middle of the room and pull the lever next to the door. The door will open and you find yourself in a small hallway. To your right is a minikit and to your left is the hallway. You can use the force on and attack with lightsabers the walls. If you destroy a certain wall, pull the lever that shows and you get a new hat. Darth Vader's stormtroopers will attack. You cannot move through the door because Darth Vader uses force push on you. When you kill enough storm troopers to canisters will appear. shoot at them to make Vader run off. In the next room there are more walls that you can you can use the force on and destroy. To the side is a bounty hunter door (which you can only access using bounty hunters). When you kill enough stormtroopers Darth Vader runs off again and you can pass to the next room. If you go through the bounty hunter door then you find yourself in a new hallway. You will find small benches to use the force on. When you are finished go back into the hallway. In the next room you find stormtroopers and two yellow striped boxes. Walk into them and they will move the opposite way. Push them onto red things and collect the studs. The door will open and you must fight stormtroopers to pass to the next room. In the next room, you will be at the bottom of a three story tower. If you have Wicket or one of the Lego Starwars characters, you can crawl through a small hole. Once you crawl through, you can find a minikit and a collection of studs. Fire your grappling hook with your blaster twice, then build two gears to activate a bridge to the next room. In the next room there are two stormtroopers that you cannot reach with blasters. Jump into a crane in the middle of the room, bring the shadow over one of the stormtroopers, and bring him toward you. When you cannot see the shadow drop the storm trooper. Then, a rebel trooper will activate a bridge. Jump over a pit, and pass to the next room.
Travel through a tunnel by getting and using C-3PO. To get into the tunnel build a bridge and walk across. In the next room, activate two doors with R2 and pull a lever in each room. One of the portals is to your left and another straight ahead. Use 3-PO when an energy shield comes up to open a closed door, then use Artoo to end the level!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The character customizer

When you enter, you will see twin bacta tanks, each with a person inside them. Walk up to them and you will be able to create your own characters using pieces from any character you have unlocked. You then get to name your character. When you walk away, you will save automatically.
Note 1: To name your character, use your directional key after going down past all of the body parts
Note 2: You can only modify the basic pieces, which are head, arms, hat, weapon, hands, and legs. Any other parts of the body, such as specific details, are entirely unavailable.
Note 3: Only characters you have unlocked will be available.
Note 4: Some characters you have unlocked will be unavailable.

About the bar

When you start out, you will see a bar with a barman behind it. Walk up to the bar and you will find a menu. There will be characters, extras, hints, and codes. Before you complete the first chapter, the characters section will be unavailable. I have a list of characters later in the guide.
The extras will be daisy chains, tow death star, fertilizer, chewbacca carrying c-3po, use old save, and all of the power bricks (explained later in the guide).
Use old save is explained later in the guide. Fertilizer makes dewbacks and banthas poop. Tow death star makes a certain level(Episode V chapter I) easier to beat. You will find bombs to lug around. Tow death star allows no enemy except AT-ATs blow up the bombs.
Daisy chains makes grappling hooks daisy chains. Chewbacca carryingC-3P0 makes it so that whenever you have Chewbacca, C-3P0 appears on his back. The codes are cheat codes that you can enter off various web sites. The hints cost very little or are free, so buy them whenever you can! Some are horrible and some are useful.
Note: To get cheat codes, you can use google, go to reg.lucasarts.com, or go to game faqs.com.

About characters

At the start of the game, you will have two characters: Princess Leia and Captain Antilles.
As you progress through the levels, you will unlock different characters. The list reads as follows: Luke Skywalker (Jedi, Tatooine, Bespin, Stormtrooper, Dagobah, Endor), Han Solo (Skiff, Bespin, stormtrooper, normal, Endor, Hoth), Princess Leia (normal, Hoth, Endor, Bespin, slave, Boushh), Lando Calrissian (normal, Skiff), Wicket, Ben Kenobi (normal, Ghost), Captain Antilles, rebel trooper, R2-D2, C-3PO, Rebel friend, Greedo, Boba Fett, Stormtrooper, IG-88, Imperial shuttle pilot, Grand Moff Tarkan, Darth Vader, Beachtrooper, Emporer Palpatine,4Lom, Bossk, and Dengar.
You can also use use old save, which is an extra in the cantina for 250000 and which allows you to use all the characters from Lego Star Wars. You must have a saved Lego Star Wars game on your memory card or computer to use this extra.
Note: you can only use these characters in Free Play of any levels.
Note 2: In space, you get a Y-Wing, X-Wing, Snowspeeder, Millenium Falcon, TIE Fighter, and TIE advanced.
